Android’s userspace is built from AOSP and runs directly on Rust OS: no container, no virtual machine, no Android init.
Android’s services run in their own network and cgroup namespaces, behind Rust OS’s own connection, Wi-Fi and modem.
Under the shell there is no borrowed init. Rust OS brings the machine up with its own initramfs, PID 1, service manager and power daemon.
Brings up USB networking, finds the root filesystem and starts init.
